Kristine Borge (b. 1995) is an operatic soprano from Sandvika, Norway.

With her rich, bright voice, Borge sings repertoire for the larger fach. She distinguishes herself with her dynamic stage presence.

Borge received her education from the National Academy of Opera in Oslo, where she graduated with a master's degree. She has her bachelor's degree in Music Performance and Voice from the Arctic University of Tromsø's Music Conservatory. Borge has studied under internationally acclaimed soprano Solveig Kringlebotn and professors Carlo Allemano and Anne-Lise Solleid. She is currently a student of renowned Norwegian soprano Ann-Helen Moen.

During her master's degree at the National Academy of Opera, Borge specialized in and performed the role of Tatiana in Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin. Other roles performed during her time at the National Academy of Opera include Rosalinde (Die Fledermaus) in a production by director Jacopo Spirei with conductor Gregor Bühl, Alcina (Alcina) with vocal coach and repetiteur Fiona MacSherry, Fiordiligi (Cosí fan tutte) and Zweite Dame (Die Zauberflöte) with conductor Stefan Plewniak.


As a concert performer Kristine Borge has performed German lieder at the Norwegian National Opera, Händel excerpts with the Baroque Orchestra of Drottningholm Palace Theatre and conductor David Stern at the Drottningholm Palace Theatre in Stockholm and sung with the The Arctic Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2017 Borge was engaged for a production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's The Sound of Music at Hålogaland Teater.

Some of Borge’s recent appearances was as a soloist during the Oslo Opera Festival 2022 and as an opera chorus member in The Oscarsborg Opera’s performances of Verdi’s Otello in 2022 and Donizetti’s La fille du régiment in 2021.

Kristine Borge has won several scholarships: She currently holds Arts Council Norway’s artist grant for 2022/2023, was the recipient of Bærum kommunes Kulturstipend 2022 and received a scholarship from Sine Butenschøns Fond in 2021. From 2017 - 2019 Borge held a coveted spot in The Arctic Philharmonic Orchestra's mentorship program, where she spent two years under the mentorship of baritone Espen Langvik, singing concerts with the orchestra and working with répétiteurs.
